On location (3 day trainings available) for coaches, advisors, counselors, and HR staff working with (1) career exploration and transitions and (2) employee development issues.

  • Learn Virtually

    Rich Feller Ph.D leads the virtual (six 3:45 hour real time sessions) with live tech and chat support with Taylor DeBord. Real time interactive, case study video support, numerous tools (YouScience, Type-Coach, Personality Lingo, Challenge Cards, Good Life Inventory, CDM and more) complement the Knowdell Career Transition Model (4 card sort sets and Career Development and Job Search Profile). Prework, 1 hr homework and pre/post personal emails per session create muscle memory and community. Breakout room practice, role plays complement video case study of Amanda.

    Alumni connect within a linkedin group and Community of Practice meetings. Graduates receive two certificates (Transition Coach) and (Development Coach) and access to 15 hours of LEAP Coaching video case studies (from top coaches worldwide).
